How do I access the circuit court, to check an individual’s record ?

Are you talking about Ingham County in Michigan? If so, you will need to go to the clerk’s office, and they will have public access computers there to assist you. If you need further help or have trouble with the computers, stand in line and ask one of the clerks to assist you. Be extra nice to them as they are sometimes cranky, but they will help you find what you’re looking for.
