A vessel is considered as managed and operated by a ship management company if that company holds, or is to be issued by or on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus with a valid, for the type of the vessel, Document of ….. to any person other than the Owners or Purchaser or those who have been given the authority to receive such information by the Cyprus legislation, or by a Cyprus court decision, or by a written declaration of the Owners or the Purchaser
