Most court records are not online at all. It depends on the court and the type of record.

I am looking for court records or transcripts or even newspaper articles, mainly on serial killers. Im writing a paper about them and I need them.. but im unsure where to find them. Mainly people like Ted Bundy. Are these records public?

The words were written in regards to court records that are documenting an upcoming small claims lawsuit.
