Does judge at traffic court have a view of your criminal records when there for a speeding ticket?

I am on probation and curious to know if the judge I see today for a speeding ticket has my criminal records for view or are those two totally different things and will not have these in front of her? I am in Texas by the way.

Where can I look up criminal records for free?

Im trying to look up some criminal records in the state of North Carolina, problem is, every damn where I go wants me to pay like twenty dollars just to look up one person. COurt records are public knowledge, so surely theres a website I can go to to look up things for free?

How can i request a criminal record from court?

My uncle has a criminal record in California and now lives in Georgia, he needs for me to get him a copy of his criminal record sealed by court.

If someone was found guilty in a community court, will they have a criminal record?

If someone were found guilty in a community court for theft, and completed the community court program, will they have a criminal record, and will they have to check ‘yes’ on a job application for convictions?
